Promo video helps support tourism in Grey and Bruce Counties.

Last fall the Georgian Bay Symphony, Owen Sound Little Theatre, The Tom Thomson Art Gallery, Summer Folk Music Festival and Grey Roots along with our partner Ontario Tourism Region 7 embarked on making short videos about each of our organizations. Professional videographers went to Summerfolk, toured the art gallery, took in a play and went to a GBS rehearsal and concert.

The four area cultural organizations had been meeting for a while discussing joint problems concerns as well as ways to cross promote and make Owen Sound and area a cultural destination. A short video featuring each organization was a major result of these meetings.

The videos will be used by regional tourism to promote the area as an arts and culture destination and each organization can us their video to promote their own brand.
